What is therapy like?

I want all clients to feel seen, heard and understood. Depending on the client’s needs, I will work each individual, with the goal of helping them feel like their most authentic self. I have a deep interest in a client’s history, what currently makes them tick, and how their emotions may be guiding their behaviours, and showing up as symptoms in their body.
